The project involves construction of Jetpur - Gondal Section, Rajkot bypass and improvements to Gondal Rajkot Section lying in the state of Gujarat on the East-West National Highway corridor as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project on BOT basis. The project team includes financial analysts, legal experts, MIS experts assisted by highway planning experts.

•  Undertook a review and analysis of the project to identify the gaps, overemphasis, assumptions, norms, parameters of the available studies and reports, which may have financial implications

•  Are formulating solutions to bridge the gaps and appraisal of assumptions to account for all the issues that may have financial implications and the norms/basis/assumptions are reasonable/ achievable and as per industry/lender practices 

•  Will prepare financial model on the basis of the output of Phase II (i) The financial projections with regards to profitability, repayment capacity and emerging repayment schedule, security cover; DSCR, etc., studied from the point of view of acceptability of the lenders, concessionaire and NHAI (ii) formulation of suggestions for improvement in financial viability/lenders' acceptability for the emerging financial model (iii) discussions of suggestions with NHAI to arrive at the final parameters/assumptions 

•  Shall undertake study of associated risks and their allocation Model

•  Shall draft final documents, prepare financial model on the basis of final parameters arrived at in Phase III and develop the concession agreement

•  Shall provide assistance to the concessionaire for financial closure & to NHAI in delivery system packaging
