a retired IAS officer, has served as faculty and resource
person at the IIFT, NIUA, TERI and University of Pennsylvania
(USA). He was the Chairman at Expert Committee for Property
Tax Reforms, Delhi and is well known in the areas of institutional
development, administration, international trade &
commerce, energy and poverty.

Mohit Bhattacharya - Ex-Vice Chancellor, University
of Burdwan; Mr. Bhattacharya has been Centenary Professor
of Public Administration, University of Calcutta; Chairman
of the West Bengal Municipal Administrative Reforms Committee
and Fellow in Urban Studies, Institute of Public Administration,
New York: Calcutta Research Group (funded by Ford Foundation).

Delhi Mr. Ribeiro was the Planning Commissioner, Delhi Development
Authority. He has also been Secretary General Association
of Municipal Development Authority, India. With expertise
project planning, urban reforms and city management.

Kanwaljit Singh- He is an IRS
(Retired), MA, LLB, Former Chief Income Tax Commissioner
& Financial Advisor, Delhi Vidyut Board, New Delhi.
Expertise includes Policy Analysis, Tariff and Taxation,
Financial Planning, Industry and Fiscal /Tax Policy, Feasibility
and Asset Maximization, Valuation Analysis, Development
Cost analysis, Project Co-ordination, Evaluation and analysis
of bids and bidders.

Ashwajit Singh, Managing Director - Ashwajit is
a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Gold Medallist,
MSc. (London School of Economics), Certified Internal Auditor
(Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida, USA). His expertise
lies in financial planning, municipal bonds, resource mobilisation,
public finance, policy framework, institutional strengthening
and privatisation.

Dr. Gangadhar Jha - Dr. Jha enjoys wide experience
in training and capacity building, state and local government
finance, economic development, fiscal analysis, economic
review and municipal management. Worked in over 10 countries
for donors like DFID, ADB, and CIDA & USAID.

Amit Sardana - Bachelor of Science, Delhi University; AMIETE. Core areas
include GIS, MIS, surveys, urban reforms, infrastructure development and
