	Recommendation on implementation of revenue enhancement and resource mobilisation strategy accepted by the ADB leading to a 250 million loan to six towns in MP

	Kolkata Urban Services for the Poor: Design Phase Consultancy, DFID, India, November 2001 - April 2002
	Resulted in a grant of £ 94 million and improving the revenues from taxes by 10% p.a. instituted a process of reforms in the 40 ULBs in Kolkata Metropolitan Area

	Advice & Documentation on Municipal Bonds for Madurai Municipal Corporation, Indo-USAID FIRE (D) Project/NIUA India, 2001
	Project was selected by government of India as a Best Practice in Good Urban Governance and sent for Dubai International Awards.The project has been successfully implemented without cost and time over runs and tolls are being collected regularly.
