Ashwajit Singh has over 20 years of varied experience in state economic development, public finance, public sector enterprise reforms, audit reforms, enabling environments, trade regimes, governance, administrative reforms and enterprise development. He has global experience of working in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, UK, Vietnam and Zimbabwe with about 15 donors across sectors. Some key milestones in his span with IPE includes projects in Public Administration Restructuring and Management Expert for African Capacity Building Foundation, Technical Advisory Panel – Network, Africa; Team Leader Kolkatta Environment Improvement Project, (DFID); Sector Leader (Governance and Finance) for the Kolkatta Urban Services Project -Design Phase Consultancy and finance specialist for the Basic Social Infrastructure Development Project in Sri Lanka, ADB.
