As a director of financial & public management department he is responsible for overall project management in the related areas and providing consultancy services globally fulfilling the 100% designated requirements of the clients. Mohit has also worked as an Institutional Development Expert for Training and Capacity Building for Bangladesh Leaders, in United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Bangladesh; OD Expert, Health Systems Development Initiative (HSDI), Technical Assistance Support Team (TAST), West Bengal; Indian Local Governance Expert for Urban Development Project, Uttaranchal, ADB. He has worked in India, Bangladesh & UK.
