A financial analyst with key experience in public sector reforms; financial planning, economic development; performance and business plan appraisals. As a Principal Associate he is overall in charge of all activities of the department of financial & public management. He has been involved as a Financial Analyst in the DFID funded Kolkatta Urban Services Program; as a coordinator for the Nodal Firm for Implementation of Fund Based Accounting System in 43 urban local bodies in Karnataka; municipal finance (accounts) specialist for Financial Management of Kabul Municipality- Kabul Urban Reconstruction Project, Afghanistan.
