Trained as a Development Planner, his areas of expertise
include public policy analysis, governance and socio-economic
development. As a program manager for public reform action
sector he is overall in-charge of projects in the sector
including procurement of projects, project coordination,
and project deliverables & managing project finance.
His major assignments include; Project Researcher Urban
Poverty Assessment Consultancy, CARE International UK; Project
Manager for Developing Monitoring and Evaluation Framework
for MMR Advocacy (UNICEF); Project Manager and Researcher,
Public Expenditure Tracking Study – Supplementary
Nutrition Programme and ICDS Orissa, World Bank. He has
worked in diverse international and national settings (India,
UK, Germany, Ghana etc.) and has the ability to easily mould
himself to local conditions. He has worked with several
donor agencies like DFID, World Bank, USAID & UNICEF
etc.
